shipping was probably the fastest I've had from anyone and the quality was outstanding. Communication was so smooth and they were so quick and helpful any time I had an issue, even though the issues were minor and of absolutely no fault of their own. Their customer care is outstanding.

Extra Large Molten Glass Bowl With Natural Wood
I received a large bowl and it was packed in a small box within a huge box so it was just rattling around and it was smashed to pieces when I opened it. I asked for a replacement which they did replace but I had the same issue. Packed tightly in a box within a larger box that had no packaging paper and it was also broken. I don’t want to deal with any more of this it’s a waste of paper, boxes, material and time. If it were packaged right in the first place I wouldn’t be having this issue.
