Named after Sitio Soboc, where the heart of our cacao farm thrives, this 85% dark chocolate bar is a bold yet refined expression of place. Handcrafted with only two ingredients—single-origin cacao and organic cane sugar—SOBOC unveils deep notes of almond, banana, malt, cinnamon, and lush tropical fruit. Our cacao is grown in agroforestry under PhilGAP-certified Good Agricultural Practices, nourished with vermicast and seaweed-fish foliar fertilizer fermented with molasses. Fermented in santol-wood boxes for 5–6 days and dried over eight days on raised platforms using solar and air techniques, each 85g bar (150mm x 75mm x 6.8mm) offers a rich, complex profile that lingers with elegant intensity.
