Unfortunately because they have very cute products this company is a nightmare to deal with! They do not fill out the proper paperwork for the packaging to get through customs in the US and when you request help from them they either do not respond or fill out the paperwork incorrectly. So now packages that I ordered over a month and a half ago are now being sent back to the company. So as long as you are financially secure enough to tie up your money for several months then you are fine

Loved the items I got, would buy again, however customs fees to the US were just as much as the products. So unfortunately I will not be ordering again unless I can find an alternative. $117 in product, $48 in shipping & $107 in customs fees!

I was very surprised at how quickly we received our order since it came from overseas. Product was packed beautifully in eco-friendly packaging. Everything arrived intact and the products are such fun and well made. Looking forward to ordering more!
