First, we boil and stir quality Australian ingredients including cocoa, sugar and milk in a big copper pot. We add in a natural peppermint flavour and pour out the chocolatey mixture onto a tray, once cooled we roller cut into the delightful bite size cubes ready to be consumed or repacked. ✓ No Artificial Colours
