To enjoy excellent homemade lasagna, simply spread layers of puff pastry in a baking pan, alternating them with plenty of dressing (an excellent traditional ragù, a tomato sauce, or, alternatively, a sauce based on seasonal vegetables and cream cheese) and adding mozzarella, béchamel and grated parmesan cheese. They are produced with fresh eggs and durum wheat semolina, all exclusively from the supply chain owned by the company, 100% made in Marche. They are dried at very low temperatures and cook in just 2 minutes.
