Taste the incredible subtle sweet, smoky, crisp taste of green chile from new Mexico's hatch valley. To make our mac and cheese all you need to do is boil 2 cups of water with the pasta and peppers. When all the water is absorbed, add the cheese and spice mix and stir vigorously. Packed in recyclable, portable and pack able, weather resistant bags. As always 3% of every sale is donated to local conservation or access efforts that improve fishing and/or skiing. 6 oz, 2 servings per bag.

Hatch Green Chile, Garlic, Cheddar Macaroni and Cheese
The packaging is cute for retail, however, we are going to use it in our kitchen as part of our newly formed lunch menu. We are a bar located in an old house built in 1870, so we do not have a commercial kitchen. We are able to crock pot and use griddles. My son and I just had some for lunch and had to run in to the 'ol computer and place another order, because I know that once this goes on our menu, we will sell out the 1 case each that we have.
