The towels arrived quickly and are so soft and plush to the touch. However, the customer gave me feedback that the moisture is not absorbed by the towel and feels like you're drying yourself with a damp towel. I'm not that familiar with bamboo as a towel fabric. It may not be the best application. It's not a matter of quality. The towels were very well made.
