Uses: Drink me: 1:6 ratio with water, 1:3 with sparkling or tonic on ice. 1:3 to 4 with light spirits. Salad dressing 1:6 with light oil plus other liquids and herbs, also by itself. Pairs really well with: Vodka, Gin, club soda. Dark green veggies, squash dishes, pancakes, most baked goods before, during and after. Does not play well with: Very dark spirits.
