These roasted nori seaweed sheets are a third of the size of normal square nori sheets, making it easier to roll the onigiri (Japanese rice balls). Onigiri rice balls are a traditional Japanese food made from cooked, seasoned sushi rice that is shaped into various forms, typically triangles, cylinders, or balls which are then wrapped with nori (seaweed).
