Agalma Sitia is a blend of handmade oils produced in the Pediada region, in the center of the island, rigorously selected. This semi-mountainous area offers optimal conditions for olive cultivation. A fruity, green, creamy oil is thus obtained, with the scent of artichoke and almond, which is very slightly bitter, light and digestible. It is eaten with salads, in pastries and in frying. 50 cl bottling on request, guaranteeing true freshness. Local olive oils: the “flavor passers” of Sur Les Quais offer a rigorous selection of local olive oils, produced locally around the Mediterranean.
