Was given a ship date, and these left about a week after this, unfortunately the CLP stickers on the back of the wax melt snap bars are still not aligned properly, overall the products smell lovely but had to chase quite a bit to get answers as to where my order was

Was given a ship date, and these left about a week after this, unfortunately the CLP stickers on the back of the wax melt snap bars are still not aligned properly, overall the products smell lovely but had to chase quite a bit to get answers as to where my order was

Missing a lot of my order was told it’d be sent out next day, then assured it had been sent with Royal Mail, still haven’t received the next week letting my own customers and product stock down so very disappointed. Wax and rooms sprays smell amazing, packaging on wax melts needs improving for the price as looks messy/cloudy from the wax. Wouldn’t order again as put off by length of time to recieve the missing items (haven’t yet recieved) and packaging quality look.
