A dark milk chocolate to which we have added sweet-salty Italian raw licorice from Calabria. A chocolate with creamy notes of honey and nuts where the licorice emerges strongly towards the end. We sourced the cacao beans in this chocolate from the producer Öko Caribe in the cocoa-rich Duarte area of the Dominican Republic. Öko Caribe collaborates with 180 farmers and helps them with training to create a sustainable cocoa production. • Region/Producer: Dominican Republic, Öko Caribe • Bean Type: Criollo, Trinitario & Nacional • Harvest year: 2024
