INDIAN Bar to Cook
I have had this issue with other perishables from Canada. I don't think that they understand how hot it actually gets down here. They only put a 3x4 cooler pack in with a 12X12ish non insulated box during the hottest part of the summer in Georgia. One whole box of products melted and I didn't notice it till a few weeks later because the product was just filler to round out the order to meet the minimum.
