Yoga Bolster Basic: Yoga roll for many Asanas The Yoga Bolster Basic can be used for support in many yoga and Pilates exercises. Yoga bolsters are often used in Yin Yoga or Restorative Yoga to optimally support the body in positions which are held for a longer time. The Yoga Bolster is round and adapts optimally to the body, making it easier to sink into the asanas in a relaxed and slow manner. Especially backbends and opening the chest are optimally supported by the ergonomic shape of the yoga bolster. The long round yoga cushion consists of a removable cover with a zipper and carrying loop and an inner ticking with zipper. The ticking of the bolster is filled with spelt hulls. The high-quality cotton cover can be machine washed on a cold gentle cycle.
