Intensely fruity EVOO, with green, fresh, and pleasant sensations, featuring notes of fig tree, tomato plant, banana peel, and almond. Very fluid on the palate, complex, balanced, and harmonious, rich in floral nuances. It is obtained by harvesting the picual variety at the end of October, when the fruit is greenish in color.
