The bergamot oils infused into the Ceylon leaf are bolstered by adding blue cornflowers, citrus peels and hibiscus. The decadent amongst us will be seduced. Enjoy: Afternoon tea, evening, with dessert in your best china cup. Brewing: Pour water just off the boil over one heaped teaspoon of leaf per cup. Infuse for 3-5 min.
