We purchased some bucket hats and struggled with knowing the circumference of the two sizes (they both listed the same thing). We ordered both sizes with the L/XL being HUGE! We have now tried reaching out to the company twice to exchange the items but have not heard back from them. The hats are well made and we hope will do well if they are a size that will fit most people. After we submitted our review we heard back from the company quickly and they were able to help us with an exchange!
