About Big Rich's Hot Sauce

Big Rich's Gourmet Hot Sauce & Marinade started in my kitchen many many years ago. After a few years of friends and family knocking at my door for more sauce (and destroying my kitchen weekly!), I decided to take a shot at it. I had my first batch of Big Rich's Original Hot Sauce made and bottled and within a few weeks, it was gone. I was shocked and at the same time wildly inspired. My mind was racing, and the creativity started happening - fast. With the help of my family, we created different flavors, recipes, and different ways to use each sauce. Now, we proudly have 13 handcrafted flavors of hot sauces: each varying in heat level, taste and use. We have found the sauces are excellent as marinades, even for dipping & drizzling right on-top of any dish. Using all fresh ingredients, Big Rich's Hot Sauce is naturally Gluten Free!
