About Società Agricola Colle di Seta

Colle di Seta is a family-run farm with a 20-year tradition. We were born producers of wine grapes and olive groves but over the years we have integrated into these crops that of vegetables and fruits in the open field, marketed in a short supply chain and 0 km. We have always cultivated in an integrated zero-residue agriculture regime, in order to ensure the customer products free of phytosanitary residues, as evidenced by the periodic monitoring to which we subject our fruit and vegetables. Today, Colle di Seta transforms part of its raw materials into a wide range of vegetable preserves with a view to the sustainability of productions, the full enhancement of raw materials and the reduction of waste in the field. Our vegetable preserves retrace traditional recipes, introducing ideas for technical and scientific innovation. In fact, to more traditional products (vegetables in oil, fruit compotes, creams and pates), products with a high level of service such as ready-to-use dishes, products obtained from the reprocessing of production by-products and items obtained with special technologies aimed at protecting the quality of the starting raw materials. Our preserves are produced using only Monocultivar Coratina Extra Virgin Olive Oil, they are free of additives and preservatives and as far as fruit compotes are concerned, the total sugar content never exceeds 35g/100g.
