WHY PLAY HYDRATED? I’m Gerardo Flores Castro, founder of Play Hydrated. In my teenage years I swam 5 km daily and was active in a lot of sports, even triathlons and marathons. I played tennis at a national level. I became addicted to sports drinks like many teenagers now, and today, after several surgeries on my digestive system, with more than 50 stitches to my diaphragm, I also have reactive hypoglycemia and am pre-diabetic.
