About Sandpaper Studio

Hi, I'm Tanya, and Sandpaper Studio is my creative corner. Welcome! Sandpaper Studio's design represents my own personal approach to remaining connected to nature and seeking calm in a busy world by means of incorporating the images and colours of nature within the home. My artwork is thoughtful, whimsical, and is overall a celebration of nature and its gifts: the colours, the patterns, its soothing benefits ... the gentle reminders. The studio's name is a play on my last name ("Sand") and my love for paper, so naturally I have searched out the best paper to translate the colours and texture of my work. All art prints are printed on fine art matte paper having a slight texture (tooth) to replicate the original painting as closely as possible. I partner with a gallery giclee print shop to ensure the colours and saturation are replicated perfectly, and all prints are archival quality (200+ years). Every piece is packaged with a great deal of care and includes a plastic, acid free sleeve with a sturdy cardboard backing. The entire process, from creation to shipping, is carried out with a lot of heart and respect for the artwork's future home. I truly hope you enjoy the digital stroll around.
