About Emily and Eve

We are sisters Jane and Sandra Palles, together with our daughters (6yr) we have created this lifestyle brand to promote a positive, confident mindset. We launched in 2020 and have to date have been featured in The Irish Time, Life magazine, RTEguide, VIP magazine, Irish Country magazine and 2fm. We both believe in the power of a positive mindset and practice mindfulness, gratitude and meditation. Combining our own habits and values into the product allows us to teach these important values and practices to our children. Mental health is a growing concern for us as parents but for our society at large too. Having spoken to parents, academics and GPs its clear that there is a need to focus on our children when they are young to develop positive habits and give them tools to cope with challenges as they get older and regulate their emotions.
