The Bio Snail project was born in 2016 with the aim of meeting people's needs and their relationship with cosmetics. From here are products that rise in quality and for the natural origin of each ingredient. We immediately chose to embrace a safe and certified green policy, which guarantees respect for the environment and animals in every production process: from the breeding of our snails to final product, including the use of recycled materials for the packaging of cosmetics. All the raw materials used come strictly from organic farming: argan and jojoba oil, rice starch, shea butter, marigold extract and olive oil from the Duchy of Parma, PGI product in Emilia Romagna in support of biodiversity. The extraction of snail slime also takes place with total respect for nature and the animal: we chose a simple extraction process, with a snail breeding in the open field, without the use of feed or chemical supplements. At the end of the harvesting, the snail is reintroduced into its natural habitat, without causing it damage or stress.
