About Inner States

In my early twenties, I discovered yoga and fell in love with the mind-body connection it brought. It opened me up to deeper questions: What does it mean to live a good life? How can I become the best version of myself? These are questions yogis have pondered for ages. Over the years, I dedicated myself to cultivating habits and tools for a happier, healthier life. I became a health coach and a yoga teacher, and in 2020, Inner States was born. Life has shown me, time and time again, that things don’t always go as planned. But when you have a few trusted tools to turn to—especially in those moments when you’re stressed, exhausted, or just feeling flat—it can make all the difference in finding balance. Each of our products is crafted with so much love and care. My husband, Josh, is my sidekick (and dedicated tester), alongside family and friends who’ve given their stamp of approval. Read their story
