Taking food and adding a little science to make ''a something kind of wonderful'' We started out making meals to backpack with and to take on holiday when the fussy darlings wouldn't eat gorgeous moussakas or tapas. Something quite comforting about homemade chilli and nothing beats mum's trusty tomato and basil pasta-with hidden veggies. But after a meal what does one need? Err dessert of course! Like so many of you, we saw freeze dried candy and thought why not? Well we've never looked back! With over 50 lines and increasing every month, we offer your favourite sweets with a twist. If you aren't into chew and love a crunch these are for you. From melt in the mouth salt water taffy to crunchy peach rings we have it covered. There's even a line of ice-cream. YES! You read that correctly. Ice-cream! Shelf stable and non melting.
