In 2011 Impact Mouthguards was started by Frank Rabinovitch who had a deep dissatisfaction with store bought Mouthguards. After reluctantly being convinced by a teammate on his hockey team to visit a dentist for a custom mouthguard, Frank was disgusted by the extraordinarily high price. But... he loved the new mouthguard and was immediately struck with the idea to deliver CustomFit Mouthguards, handcrafted one at a time, at an athlete friendly price. Since that beginning Impact has grown into a family run company with 9 employees including Frank, his wife Julie and their two kids, Jack and Sophie.
