The Story Behind Raju Raju was born from a simple craving: sauces that actually made sense. Founder Zee Ahmed wanted flavours that reflected his South Asian heritage but paired effortlessly with the foods he genuinely loves to eat, burgers, bhajis, wings, butties, and everything in between. Raju is what happens when you stop asking “is this authentic?” and start asking “is this delicious?” Zee’s the kind of person who’s thinking about lunch while still eating breakfast. For him, there’s nothing better than gathering around a table with friends and family, sharing food and stories—no matter where you’re from or what’s on your plate. Food has this incredible way of bringing people together, and Raju was created to do just that. The sauces are made for mixing things up.
