About Mosüs Studio

Mosüs is a small design studio established in Quebec, Canada. Our primary focus has always been on producing quality furniture, designed to last longer than the next trend. As a Canadian business, we are deeply rooted in our heritage and craftmanship balancing the contrasts between classical virtues and modern daily life. We believe in sustainable and straightforward beauty and work with skilled craftsmen that help us achieve that goal. Sustainability runs deep in our veins – in materials, production and the way we treat partners and employees, which is why we invest into planting more trees than we take down. The name Mosüs refers to our modest beginning - a Canadian French slang for nitwit. I have been called the term more times than I can count in my grandmother's basement where I used to spend a lot of time as a kid. Later, the basement of this very house became a workshop where our design studio was born. Mosüs is a brand that strands for functional and long-lasting design, and one of our greatest ambition is to take responsibility for what we put out.
