Duebest began with two good friends over one bowl of noodles... While dining in NYC with a group of friends, co-owner Daphne Sculac pulled out her own personal set of chopsticks and a glass straw. This simple gesture sparked a big discussion about the concept of BYOC (Bringing Your Own Cutlery) and the impact this could have on single-use plastic waste.
