Just keep eating.” But the options were terrible — sugary flapjacks, processed bars, and gut-wrecking endurance gels. Nothing came close to what we really needed: a clean, high-calorie, easy-to-digest, portable meal that could keep up with extreme demands. Injury forced me off the course, but the fuelling problem stuck with me. So I built the solution. Real Performance. No Junk.
