The nuts for the natural power plant walnut butter are organically grown and carefully processed by our partner in Périgord (France). The nuts are then gently processed using a stone mill in our factory in the Zurich Oberland. The result is a buttery, extra-tender, creamy nut butter in raw food quality. In addition to essential fatty acids, walnuts also provide valuable protein, vitamins and minerals. Walnut butter is used in all areas of cuisine and is ideal for any type of creative diet. The puree can be enjoyed pure, as a spread, for desserts, pastries, cereals, vegetables or salad dressings. It is mild in taste and very nutritious due to its high protein content.
