The first beer to come out of the tanks on Saint-Maur Street, BAPBAP Originale is a high-fermentation pale ale beer with a 5.4% concentration. It's a Parisian interpretation of round, spicy Belgian beers and American Pale Ales with so distinctive hops. Its recipe is the result of a subtle blend between the sweetness of malts (barley and wheat) and the refreshing notes delivered by hops. Cascade hops provide citrus aromas that mix with the residual sugars of Cara Vienne malt. It is a golden, round and fruity beer that reveals a pleasant bitterness at the end of the mouth.
