Most of the items came in good shape and on time. I had made a large order, and out of that order one item came in damaged and one item was missing that I was charged for. I messaged BI the same day and so far received no response. It’s been over 3 days. Earlier I had a question on a delivery date and received an answer within 24 hours. No answer on damaged and missing item.
