Noir TK is a vanilla similar to its counterpart gourmet, but slightly less oily and supple. It is fleshy and chocolatey black, sometimes with striated highlights in shades of red. Its humidity level varies from 25 to 28%. Very good quality TK vanilla, requested by culinary chefs and ice cream makers wishing to make vanilla that is close to gourmet but more refined, and chosen for properties that are in line with professional use.
