Olizzi Baby Organic is a fruity extra virgin olive oil with low pungency and bitterness levels, making it a good choice as an olive oil for babies with its smooth taste. After handpicking, we collect the olives inside ventilated plastic crates, and immediately cold press within 2-12 hours. By using only the mechanical techniques, our processes deliver us the high quality and delicious extra virgin olive oil with low free fatty acidity level.  Extra virgin olive oils have high levels of Vitamin E, and therefore rich in antioxidants.
