Vegetables even as an aperitif! Gourmands, gourmands, the gastronomic aperitif is in danger! Industrial cold cuts and chemical cheese have invaded our tables, to the great misfortune of our taste buds... So to remedy this, Terre d'Apéro, has given itself a mission: Make every aperitif a little moment of gastronomy. For this reason we decided to highlight the forgotten ones of our afterwork: vegetables! So we decided to take matters into our own hands and put our hands in the dough (or rather beetroot pulp)...
