Albert's Jam, THE NATURAL jam, made only from organic fruits, unrefined organic sugar, and organic lemon juice, with no additives or gelling agents to preserve the true taste of the fruit as our grandparents prepared it. We prioritize local producers to limit the carbon footprint of our raw materials and work in an artisanal manner: our fruits are cooked in copper cauldrons, in small quantities.
