About Agua de Molino

On a farm of less than one hectare we are creating a self-sufficient space to give us the necessary food and even an extra to sell in local shops. The farm has been certified as organic for more than 15 years. We have an area of fruit trees such as plum, pear, persimmon, walnut, quince and apple trees. There are several spaces for orchard as well as several terraces with orange trees and some mandarins. The production of citrus fruits is so great that for years we have been making an orange jam that is very successful, and that is encouraging us to produce jams with other fruits such as pears and quinces.Read their story
