Our first Monsieur Sauer Gin — the “Gin & NoMore” — was created in 2016 from juniper and citrus fruits, refined with chamomile extracts and refined with a touch of ginger. A classic gin with a soft and mild taste, based on the idea of creating a unique gin for exceptional moments of pleasure.
