About Mopa

Our restaurant Mōpa, a pioneer in plant-based “street food” in Paris, has been successfully developing the production of its own sauces since 2020. The success of our recipes with restaurant customers has in fact led us to market our first two sauces in 2020: Mopannaise Originale Bio and Mopannaise Chipotle Bio. Our Mopannaises are quality gourmet “mayonnaises”, egg-free, organic and produced in France. They are of course free of coloring, additives and added sugars.
