ATER is a Spanish brand of handcrafted accessories made with paracord, a technical material originally designed for military use. It used to save lives. Today it is transformed into functional, durable, and lightweight design pieces, intended for daily use. At ATER, we do not work by seasons or produce in series. Each accessory is handmade, using artisanal techniques and a clear criterion: to create durable, comfortable, and characterful pieces that accompany the real pace of everyday life. Behind the brand is Arantza, founder and artisan. After years in a highly structured professional environment, she felt the need to create something of her own, more connected to the manual and tangible. ATER was born from there: from working with hands, building piece by piece, and shaping a brand with a clear identity and without artifices. Arantza designs and produces each collection from her workshop in Spain, taking care of both design and functionality. She does not seek fast trends or ephemeral pieces, but honest objects, with personality, designed to last.
