La Bizarra Quilts makes quilted works of huggable art, and helps others do the same through fresh, modern, learner-friendly quilt patterns and tutorials. What I love about quilts is that they are art that you can hug. I love using new, vibrant, modern fabrics, as much as I love using old, cherished fabrics with history already infused in their fibers. What I love about quilters is their ability to adapt, make do, create, and personalize. I love seeing new and interesting takes on my patterns, and I love introducing fun, new twists on classic quilt blocks and techniques.
