All of our products are handmade in small batches, and they're all vegan and gluten-free. We take great care cultivating gourmet and medicinal mushrooms and harvesting them at peak quality. For our dietary supplements, the fresh mushroom fruiting bodies are freeze-dried to preserve the beneficial compounds. We then use a dual extraction process (ultrasonication) using both organic cane alcohol and filtered water, which results in a high quality tincture. For our capsules, the liquid is removed with a rotary evaporator and the resulting concentrate is mixed with the same powdered fruiting bodies used in the extraction, resulting in a full-spectrum, highly-concentrated product. Our shelf-stable seasonings and pasta mix are made with roasted and dehydrated mushrooms, which gives them an intense mushroom flavor. Our other products use roasted and freeze-dried mushrooms, which not only allows them to rehydrate quickly, but also results in a superior texture and flavor.
