I lived with depression and low self-esteem for most of my adult life. Slowly, with time, and love, I started to grow and change. I discovered yoga, meditation, and affirmations. I re-discovered my love of nature. I found myself again, I learned to love her, and life has gotten so much better. I know how easy it is to talk down to yourself. I also know each of us is unique.
