About Keely Studios
Five years ago I started this business with my first pin, Windowsill Cat, which is still one of my favorites. I had never really heard about pins before but once I found out about them I became obsessed. I just love that I can create tiny illustrations that others can take with them or display on their wall. I also loved that I could use gold metal as part of the design element since I've always had an interest in jewelry. In the beginning I described my pins as "myth, magic and mood inspired", which they still are today, though I have gone into more of a storytelling and worldbuilding kind of approach to my designs, releasing themed sets and writing little snippets of lore, even dabbling in named characters like Edgar the raven. It has been a challenging but fun journey and I'm excited to continue bringing my whimsical fantasy visions to life!
