Hi! I’m Madison, the founder of Only Olive and a lifelong condiment addict. I’ve always craved bold, flavorful toppings, but every time I checked the ingredient labels, I was frustrated. Seed oils, additives, weird preservatives…it felt impossible to find a clean, honest option that actually tasted good. I wanted something I could feel great about eating and keep reaching for. So I went back to basics: real spices, bold flavors, and olive oil - a time-tested, heart-healthy staple. That’s how Only Olive was born: bold, olive-oil-based condiments with no seed oils, no junk, and no apologies. Something you can use every day, straight from the jar, with zero guilt. I started putting the Original Chili Crisp, our very first product, on everything I ate. As I kept experimenting, the Only Olive lineup grew, one topping at a time.
