Asa&Rae began as a creative outlet for owner and maker Jessie Madison during the early days of the pandemic after brief stints with puzzles, baking, and knitting. What started as a way to stay grounded quickly grew into a true passion. Today, years later, you can find Asa&Rae at local markets and in stores throughout the greater Austin area. Named in honor of her beloved nephew and her supportive best friend, Jessie uses the profits from Asa&Rae to spend more time with family and help care for her mother, who lives with Alzheimer’s.
