I have a faulty product. I tried to call the number on the invoice and the warranty number from the product and I was not able to reach anyone. I sent an email to the support email provided in the product directions. I am waiting for a response on how to resolve the situation. The packaging and products look beautiful. For the price I am concerned about handling defective products.
