What an experience! Response time? Non existent responses! Fulfilment Speed? Way too long, we are talking 4 weeks from order but only part of the order was delivered after asking to cancel the order! Product description? Described correctly! Product quality? Yeah they look alright! Communication needs to be improved! Such a shame as this business has good products.
