Our order was charged on Sept 10th. The page says shipping from China. The tracking info on FAIRE says it shipped from Canada and was held at the border - then released by customs to send back to shipper. The company messaged us to ask if we refused the package... by this time it was 09/23. I contacted FAIRE to mark the order so that I could report it NOT RECEIVED. So I was able to start a refund two weeks later. FAIRE refunded me the shipping when I chatted with their customer service.
